Terms of Use
Effective date: 8 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of steadyscope.online, published by DONAU LOGISTICS - výroba obalů a balení s.r.o., Dr. Holubce 763/1, Nové Dvory, 674 01 Třebíč, Czech Republic, company number 29318483, VAT number CZ29318483. Reading the site means these terms apply to you.
1. The answers are general information
Everything published here is general information about common computer problems. It is not professional advice, security advice, legal advice or financial advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. The publisher cannot see your device, your network or your accounts, makes no assessment of them, and nothing on this site should be read as a statement about the condition of any particular computer.
2. It is not a substitute for proper help
Where a problem matters, a qualified technician who can examine the equipment, or the organisation that holds the account concerned, will always be better placed than a general article. For guidance written and maintained by the Australian government, the Australian Cyber Security Centre publishes material for individuals and small businesses at cyber.gov.au. Nothing here replaces that, and nothing here is produced in conjunction with it.
3. Product details change
Software products change: features are added and removed, platform support shifts, and prices and subscription terms are set by vendors and revised without notice. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a current statement of what any product includes or what it costs. Check the vendor's own pages before buying anything, and read the renewal terms there.
4. Other people's websites
This site links to websites operated by government agencies, vendors and other organisations. Those sites are outside the publisher's control. Their content, their availability, their accuracy and their privacy practices are matters for whoever operates them. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement, and it does not make the publisher responsible for what is on the other side of it.
5. Paid affiliate links
Some links on this site are paid affiliate links, and the publisher is paid a commission when a reader buys a subscription after following one. Each such link is marked where it appears, and the arrangement is set out in full on the affiliate disclosure page. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the vendor, to which the publisher is not a party and over which it has no control.
6. Availability and content
The site is published as it stands and may be changed, added to, corrected or withdrawn at any time. No undertaking is given that it will be available without interruption or that every page will be free of error, although errors are corrected when they are identified. If you find one, writing to info@steadyscope.online is the fastest way to get it fixed.
7. Your use of the material
The text, layout and design of this site belong to DONAU LOGISTICS - výroba obalů a balení s.r.o. You may read it, print it and share links to it freely. Republishing substantial parts of it elsewhere, or presenting it as somebody else's work, is not permitted without written permission. Product names and logos referred to belong to their respective owners.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on the information published here or from the use of any site linked from it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that applies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a liability can be limited rather than excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Because this site is supplied free of charge and collects nothing, the practical scope of any such liability is narrow.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. That choice does not displace any protection available to you as a consumer under the law of the place where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law for readers in Australia, and does not deprive you of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where that right cannot be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect, and the version in force at the time you read the site is the one that applies.
11. Contact
